I am afraid of Team Training, can I do it?!
Yes! Team Training is more about what you put into it than what fitness level you are. Assuming you are injury free, we can teach anyone to perform like an athlete, no matter how clumsy and uncoordinated you think you are. Whether you join Team Training or Semi Private Training, we will make sure you know what you're doing. We're here for you! Folks consistently feel "over the hump" after about 1.5 - 2 weeks.  

12 months seems like such a long time to commit..
Commitment is a good thing when it comes to your health and well-being. You only get one body, so take care of it! With so many available class times, even if your schedule changes due to work or life, you can still get your workout in. You can have a short-term bikini goal, but working out/staying in shape is a life-long commitment. Lastly, every membership has a First 21 Day’s get-me-out option. If for whatever reason you don’t love it within the first 21 days, you can terminate. #freedom

I have Commitment Issues, I Need More Flexibility!
No worries, we have Month to Month options, 10 Pack Punch Cards and everything in between.

Do I have to tell you what classes I want to come to? (Team Training)
Nope! Come to whatever class your soon to be healthier heart desires! Wake up at 5:57AM and say screw it? No worries, you've got other multiple other class options throughout the day!

I want to shower in the morning but will I have to wait for a million people? 
No. One, we don't have a million people in class (around 15 per class remember?) and two, not too many people shower as a lot live close and three, we have multiple showers AND locker rooms. Winning.

What times are the classes and how long are they?
Check out the schedule for all the days and times. We're confident you will find a class at a time that works for you.

How many times a week do I need to come to see results?
Now this is different for everybody but we say no less then 3, 5 is just fantastic. Most people see results within 3-6 weeks. Working out between 3 and 5 times per week paired with a healthy diet will yield dramatic results. It's all about consistency!

Are the workouts inside or outside? 
All our workouts originate at the super awesome nearly 4000 sq ft Urban Fitness Studio. We may take you around the block or out front to kick some ass on the pavement but the studio is always near. 

I am super intimidated about starting and/or the coaches! 
Stop fretting. Remember, more people are where you're at than not. We do this every day and will make you feel at home right away. Yes, our coaches are super badasses but remember, they are on YOUR side! We are here to help you at each step of the way. Everyone needs a little something different and we provide just that. We've had some interesting requests. Try us.
